Introduction:  



Since its inception in the 1950s, AI has evolved remarkably, going through various stages and approaches. From symbolic logic to the rise of machine learning and the emergence of deep neural networks, advances in this field have been noteworthy and have allowed AI to overcome numerous challenges that once seemed insurmountable. 

The impact of AI on our daily lives is undeniable. It has transformed the way we interact with technology and has permeated a wide range of sectors and activities. Currently, AI is integrated into devices and services we use on a daily basis, from virtual assistants on our phones to recommendation systems on streaming platforms and social media 
Therefore, I found it fitting and captivating that this topic was chosen for the class. The presentations were divided into three groups, each of which would address two different sectors where AI has been incorporated. The selected topics for this project were education, mental health, economy, sports, potential careers, and entertainment. 

With this division, we could effectively explore each specific topic where artificial intelligence has been integrated. this thematic division provided us with a solid foundation to effectively address each of these topics, allowing us to understand in-depth how artificial intelligence has been so significantly incorporated into our society and has shaped various aspects of our lifestyle, which kept me eager to delve deeper into these topics and explore the fascinating implications that AI has for our present and future. 



Group two : 


In my case, my group was assigned the topic of economics and sports, so for my presentation I had to investigate which economic sectors in Florida have integrated AI. I was surprised to discover how this technology is reshaping the way businesses and organizations operate in the region. 


In the financial sector, for instance, AI has redefined risk management and strengthened financial security. The ability to process vast amounts of real-time data to detect patterns and trends is astounding. This has led to more informed and strategic decision-making in the world of finance. 


Furthermore, in the realm of healthcare, AI has had a transformative impact. From more precise medical diagnoses to efficient management of patient records, this technology is enhancing the quality of healthcare services in Florida. The potential to save lives and improve healthcare is evident in every advancement AI brings to this sector. 


It's also exciting to see how AI is revolutionizing agriculture in Florida. AI-based monitoring systems enable farmers to make more informed decisions about the right time to plant, water, and harvest. This not only increases efficiency but also promotes sustainability in food production. 


witnessing how AI has been integrated into various economic sectors in Florida is a source of admiration and excitement. Advances in these areas are driving growth and efficiency, and I'm confident we'll see even more innovations that will transform the region's economy in the future. 

 

On the other hand, my group investigated sports, it is an evolution that truly fascinates me. From performance analysis to strategy optimization, AI has revolutionized how teams and athletes approach their games. 


 

One of the most exciting areas is data analysis. AI can process large amounts of information to identify patterns and trends that often elude the human eye. This means that coaches and players can make more informed decisions based on precise data. 


They also explained how AI has enabled scenario simulation and modeling. This is incredibly useful for anticipating different situations in a game and developing specific strategies to face them. The ability to anticipate and prepare for different scenarios can make a significant difference in a team's performance. 


 

There are also notable advances in monitoring athletes' health and physical condition. AI-enabled devices and sensors can provide real-time information about physical condition and performance, helping to prevent injuries and optimize training. 


In summary, the integration of AI in the world of sports is taking performance and strategy to unprecedented levels. I am excited about the future possibilities and how this technology will continue to transform the way we live and experience sports. 



Group three: 



The next group, specifically group 3, was assigned mental health topics and potential careers in which they presented in an engaging and effective way. The way Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been integrated into the field of mental health is truly inspiring to me. The ability to provide emotional support and more precise diagnostic tools is invaluable. AI has enabled the development of chatbots and applications that can offer assistance to individuals struggling with mental health issues, providing a valuable resource for those in need of immediate support. 

As for potential careers, the influence of AI in my field of study and potential career path is undeniable. I am fascinated by how AI is opening up new opportunities in areas such as data science and AI engineering. The demand for experts in this field is continuously growing, offering an exciting horizon for my future professional endeavors. 


The integration of AI in mental health and its potential impact on my future career prospects is one of the reasons why I am so excited about this topic. Seeing how technology can have such a positive impact on mental health and the workforce is truly motivating.



Group one:



Finally, group 1 presented on the topics of education and entertainment (fun). For me, the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education and entertainment is simply astounding. In the educational realm, the AI's ability to personalize learning is a true game-changer. Seeing how this technology tailors materials and teaching approaches to individual students' needs is inspiring. It's not just about delivering knowledge but doing so in a way that resonates with each person.

 
The information this group provided us made us aware of how in the field of entertainment, the influence of AI is equally impressive. From generating music and art to creating innovative multimedia content, AI-driven creativity opens up a world of fascinating possibilities. Witnessing how this technology collaborates with human creativity to produce astonishing works is something that fills me with admiration.

 
Moreover, it's exciting to think about how AI will continue to evolve and expand its boundaries in these fields. As technology advances, I'm confident we'll see even more astounding breakthroughs that will transform the way we learn and entertain ourselves.

Presentation/ public speaking review

Presentations don’t usually come to most people easily. Many people struggle with various aspects of presenting and speaking publicly whether online or in person. For instance they’re always high emotions and nerves. Some procrastinate and don’t have time to truly be ready to speak. For me personally I was full of emotions before hand asking questions like am i ready? Did I correctly source my information? Or the main one will the audience or in my case my professor like my presentation and the information given from it? But once it was my turn I just turned a switch and got started.                                        F or some  people like me when it comes to speaking publicly it doesn't come easily. You might get the cold sweats, freeze up or stutter a lot.  Some people even pass out due to fear or throw up before, during or after the presentation. There is actually a fear called glossophobia which is also known as the fear of public speaking, it is estimated that 77% of the population has this fear to some degree. Some people are able to overcome this fear, and some cannot.
